Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Email Verification: A valid email address is required for account verification and communication purposes.

Movie Content: All movie posters, titles, artwork, and related materials are the property of their respective copyright holders. Coverlabs Studio does not claim ownership of any copyrighted movie content.

User Content: You retain all rights to designs you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and process your designs solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Service Content: The design tools, templates, interface, and underlying technology are owned by Coverlabs Studio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

TMDB Attribution: This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Movie data is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB).

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit designs containing copyrighted material without proper authorization

Personal Use: Designs created with copyrighted movie content are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

Fair Use: Users are responsible for ensuring their use of copyrighted materials complies with fair use doctrine and applicable copyright laws.

Commercial Use: Commercial use of designs containing copyrighted material requires proper licensing from the copyright holders.

Original Content: You may upload your own images and content, but you must have the right to use such content.

Uptime: We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily interrupts service availability.

Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

Data Backup: While we implement backup procedures, we recommend users maintain their own copies of important designs.

Free Tier: Basic features are available to all users at no cost.

Pro Features: Additional features may be offered through paid subscriptions.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• The Movie Database (TMDB): For movie data and poster images
• Cloudflare R2: For cloud storage of user designs
• Email Services: For account verification and notifications

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COVERLABS STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• A statement of accuracy and authorization

Informal Resolution: We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve disputes informally.

Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of a class action.
